Terms of Services for GaBusinessList.com
Please read the entire agreement. The agreement ends with the text "END OF AGREEMENT"
This is a legal agreement between you and GaBusinessList.com. This agreement concerns your purchase of a service in which GaBusinessList.com agrees to list your business on the web.

You are guaranteed that GaBusinessList.com will list your business for the amount of time specified in your plan.

In no event shall GaBusinessList.com be liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the package, even if GaBusinessList.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We make no claim to the number of sales which will be generated by this listing.

USER CONDUCT
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not GaBusinessList.com, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post or otherwise transmit via the Service. GaBusinessList.com does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content, including but not limited to business endorsements and commentary. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
You agree to not use the Service to:
    1.Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
    2.Harm minors in any way;
    3.Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a GaBusinessList.com official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
    4.Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service or develop restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to from another accessible page);
    5.Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
    6.Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
    7.Upload, post or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
    8.Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
    9.Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;
   10."Stalk" or otherwise harass another individual or merchant;
   11.Collect or store personal data about users any individual or merchant (including for the purposes of advertising to or soliciting any GaBusinessList.com user to buy or sell any products or services) other than customers who willingly provide such information in order to explore bona fide business opportunities.
   12.Create or submit unwanted email or messaging ('Spam') to any other GaBusinessList.com user.

In addition, you agree that all hyperlinks and other offers comprising the Service (e.g. hyperlinks provided in connection with GaBusinessList.com's RSS feeds) may not be modified from the original form in which such hyperlinks and other offers are generally made available by GaBusinessList.com.

GaBusinessList.com will not deliver Visitors to sites with popup windows (unless otherwise approved by GaBusinessList.com). Please E-Mail us for approval. Any additional window generated by your site (without prior approval) shall be considered a popup window, including popunder windows, exit windows and javascript alert windows. If a popup window is installed on the URL at any time and has not been approved, GaBusinessList.com may stop the campaign and you will not be entitled to a refund.

GaBusinessList.com will not deliver its services to sites containing material that is not appropriate for viewing by a general audience. Inappropriate material includes, but is not limited to, hate text, illegal content (in the US) and content that encourages illegal activities or violence, and sexually explicit content. Unless the content is not illegal, what constitutes inappropriate content shall be determined at the sole discretion of GaBusinessList.com.

GaBusinessList.com will not list casino sites or Adult sites.

If your site is not compliant or it has been changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content, GaBusinessList.com may not start or may stop your campaign immediately. In this case, you will not be provided a refund.

GaBusinessList.com cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control that may interfere with our ability to deliver visitors to your URL. Such factors include, but are not limited to: downtime on your server, overuse of your bandwidth quota (if applicable), errors on your site and network outages beyond our servers. Please contact your web hosting company or network provider if you are unsure about whether your hosting account is sufficient for the program you are ordering.

Orders placed are non-refundable from time of purchase whether visitors have begun to your site or not unless otherwise stated in this agreement.

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and GaBusinessList.com and supersedes any other understandings or agreements, including, but not limited to, advertising with respect to the package.
